CAN QHHT SESSIONS BE DONE VIRTUALLY?
No, all QHHT sessions must be done in person for your safety. It's an intimate experience that requires you to enter a deep state of trance, which means having a practitioner physically present in the room is essential. I offer QHHT in Dallas in a welcoming environment where you can comfortably relax without distractions.
HOW LONG IS A SESSION, AND WHAT DOES THE DAY LOOK LIKE?
Plan to spend about 4 to 5 hours together. A QHHT session is never rushed. We start with an in-depth conversation about your life journey and the questions you’ve brought for your Higher Self. From there, we move into the hypnosis portion, which lasts about two hours, followed by a grounding wrap-up to help you integrate the experience before you leave.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY QHHT SESSION?
The most important prep work is writing down your list of questions. Group your questions into the following categories (max 20 questions):

On the day of your session, avoid caffeine or heavy stimulants, eat a light meal beforehand, and wear comfortable clothing. Come with an open mind and zero expectations.
CAN I BRING SOMEONE TO MY SESSION?
Unfortunately not. A QHHT session is a private, one-on-one experience. To truly connect with your subconscious, you need a safe environment free from any outside energy, judgment, or self-consciousness. Even the closest family members or partners can unconsciously alter how deeply you open up.
WILL I REMEMBER THE QHHT SESSION?
Yes and no. Most people feel like they are experiencing a vivid, waking dream. You are aware of what is happening while it’s happening, but the memory can fade quickly once you emerge, much like a dream does. Because of this, the entire hypnosis portion is recorded for you. You will receive the audio file afterward so you can listen back, process, and continue integrating the insights at your own pace.
CAN ANYONE BE HYPNOTIZED?
Yes. If you can fall asleep, you can enter the Theta brainwave state required for QHHT, because it’s a natural state you already pass through twice a day (right as you wake up and right as you drift off). The only thing that prevents hypnosis is an overactive analytical mind that tries to "force" or judge the process. If you come ready to relax and trust the first thing that comes to your mind, it can work beautifully.
